Bruce's Tips for Better CD Duplication

Here are a few pointers that will help make sure that your CD duplication runs are low in errors. Since all CDs contain some errors, it's important to keep them to a minimum to ensure good playback on most CD players. Believe it not, CD-Rs don't work on all audio CD players. However, if you take a few precautions, you'll guarantee the maximum compatibility.

1. Make sure your master CD is burned at 2x speed. This is the best speed for low errors. 

2. Make sure you burn your CD master disc at once, NOT track at once.

3. Make sure your CD master is finalized.

4. Use a good quality CD blank for your master. (We use Taiyo-Yuden blanks for our CD masters at ARP Studio.)
